Here are three indicators that you might benefit from CBD:
#1 Do you have cells? CBD lodges in every cell of the body.
#2 Do you have a blood stream? CBD gets around through the blood.
#3 Do you have a consciousness? If you have a consciousness that could stand some improving you could benefit from CBD, too!
Cells
Knowing that CBD finds its home in every cell, it’s important to understand the key role that lipids play in delivering the active ingredients. Our cells are covered in a layer of fat, or lipids. An oil- based CBD product will seek to bond with those lipids and then absorb into the cell, providing deep nourishment. This is something water-based CBD seeks to achieve artificially, yet has not done.
Blood
The blood is the bullet train of the body. It carries passengers from place to place, with the heart as Grand Central Station. It is important to use a lipid- rich CBD product that will easily board the train and be delivered. It’s also vital that the CBD is a clean passenger, free of all contaminants like ethanol or other hydrocarbons, which are toxic and can affect other passengers on the train.
Consciousness
Our consciousness is how we perceive, feel and relate to our inner and outer realities. Too often, we are hyper- conscious of certain pains and discomforts or low vibration mood, like anxiety. We take on the emotional baggage required to support the state of consciousness and reinforce the negative in our lives, as if it is the ONLY reality. CBD has demonstrated an ability to help create neuroplasticity, or the action of our brain re-writing engrained thought patterns to accept new ones. That translates to being able to break out of negative thoughts/ emotions/ moods and create new brain waves of gratitude and peace. When thoughts (our electricity) and emotions (our magnetism) combine, our inner reality is established, which then dictates our outer reality. If it is a derogatory reality, you can begin changing your thoughts and emotions and set your intention on thinking grateful, encouraging thoughts. Then follow up by allowing your emotional state to agree with that thought and feel what it is like to live in the reality of that thought. CBD is magnificent at assisting this neurological process.
When it comes to pain or other maladies, CBD acts to repair cellular damage, improving cellular communication and helps new cells to grow properly. Again, CBD will engage with the brain, which is where pain is perceived, and help to re-write those pain signals. Daily, consistent use allows for cells to continuously draw from the rich resource of CBD and be supported in their unique roles within all systems of the body, facilitating healing and development.
