“I am the owner/founder of a holistic shop for pets and their people. When we find a product to represent, we look for companies who offer one on one customer service and a vast knowledge of their merchandise.
We started working with Caleb several years ago. From our first meeting, I was impressed with his extensive knowledge regarding the entire CBD growth to manufacturing process. Prior to our first purchase, Caleb made himself readily available for discussions, education, logistics and umpteenth questions. We have worked with Caleb at several exhibits and shows over the years. Perhaps our favorite experience was inviting Caleb to join us at an international horse show. Caleb was truly amazing – working with customers as individuals and in a group setting – answering all their questions with patience and understanding and practical applications on how CBD products would work for each individual person and pet.
We doubled our sales that weekend and I am convinced it was because of Caleb’s exceptional customer service (and comedic use of the register!). Caleb and his family are very dear to me and I am grateful to call them friends. I wish Caleb the best in this new venture and I am looking forward to watching Orozona flourish!
